Working together
Start with one important workflow.
When a process takes too long, involves too many handoffs or leaves people working around the tools they have, I help figure out what needs to change.
Sometimes it’s the process.
Sometimes it’s the tools.
The problem comes first.
Understand the work before deciding what to build.
Sometimes that means improving the process, sometimes connecting existing systems, and sometimes using AI. We’ll work with the people involved to understand how things happen today, where they get stuck and what would make a meaningful difference.
- 01
Understand what happens today.
Talk with the people doing and receiving the work. Identify handoffs, constraints and the places where the process breaks down.
- 02
Decide what is worth changing.
Separate process problems from tool problems. Consider what to improve, what to automate and what is actually worth building.
- 03
Make the next step practical.
Set clear priorities, responsibilities and dependencies so the implementation team has a useful starting point.
A plan your team can act on.
You’ll leave with clear priorities and a practical implementation plan, including responsibilities, dependencies and how to judge whether the changes are helping.
If you need continued support, I can stay involved to review decisions and keep business and technical teams aligned. We would agree the scope of that support before starting.
Professional-services experience. A broader application.
My background is in professional services, where client needs, risk and day-to-day operations have to work together. I bring that experience to other businesses facing similar challenges.
The starting point is one important workflow, not a broad promise to transform the entire business. If that sounds like the work your team needs to do, let’s talk through what’s happening and whether I can help.

If you’re looking for someone to lead software and AI products, I’d like to hear what your team is working on. If you need help making a process work better or figuring out where to start, I’m open to consulting conversations too.
